This notice describes the production data practices that must be approved before launch.

What a report stores

We store the institution, department, role, hiring stage, relevant dates, promised timeline, follow-up and closure answers, outcome, and factual account you submit. Reports are pending until reviewed.

Optional email and consent

An email is optional and is stored only when you also consent to follow-up. It is used only to verify or clarify your report. It is never included in public scorecards.

What becomes public

Only aggregate counts and rates from approved reports become public after an institution reaches the minimum sample. Free-text accounts, email addresses, dates, moderation notes, and operational metadata are never published.

Network and security processing

Cloudflare processes ordinary network and security information to deliver and protect this service, including Turnstile verification and rate limiting. DidTheyGhostU does not store raw IP addresses in report records.

Retention and requests

Production retention period: Reports and optional contact emails are retained while the service operates unless deletion is requested. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact [email protected].

This policy requires owner and legal review before production launch.
